I feel so much better. I used to be tired all the time and could not sleep to save my life. I suffered from really bad insomnia so I took melatonin like it was candy. My body is riddled with inflammation. I have been like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. I really feel like I'm deflating right now though which is a good thing. I drink 3 32 oz cups of water so that's (96oz) of water pretty good since the recommended amount is 8 8oz glasses. I started to see a lot of this odd fuzzy film stuff in my urine... I was told this was normal and it is cleansing my body of toxins.I was in the car with my friend Lucy who wanted to eat at Wendy's so we went through the drive through. She ate both french fries ( I love french fries) and a frosty. She dipped the fries into her frosty and I didn't even get hungry. I just wanted my coconut water. Now I did think get a little irked because I want people to support me on my journey but I have to get used to the idea that not every one will support me and have enough self determination to reach my goal that nothing phases me.
Yesterday, I started walking during lunch. I also, got some cupping and acupuncture done. Kudos for good health. I feel like I could twerk for the vine. (<------click the link to see the video)
So excited to get my juicer this weekend. I think I need to focus more on the green juices and vegetables all together. There is way too much sugar in fruits. I realize sugar is my drug of choice.
My whole objective is to heal my stomach and shoulder.
My areas of my body I would like to see changed from this whole event is
1. My stomach - I have never been pregnant and I always look pregnant.. that's no bueno.
2. My breast... - My bras are way to expensive. $80 for a bra at PettiCoat Fair.. is a hit to my pocket book.
So the goal this weekend is to stay away from temptations. Week 1 is almost over! YEEHAWWW
3. Back/Lovehandles - I have like five layers of fat that need to leave.
Goal of this weekend is to get: Juicer -Veggies and coconut water/pineapple juice and some tumeric
I did look at the Reboot website and was motivated by this guy who had juiced for 60 days. It seems there are a lot of people who are utilizing juicing to heal their body and change their lives. I am excited just to try something new.
